Summer Music Sessions at Waterford

Waterford’s Sunday Sessions are back!

On the first Sunday of February, March and April grab your family and friends and come enjoy a morning of cool live music in our very own Waterford community.

Bring a picnic rug, grab a drink from The Kitchen at Waterford and find yourself a spot on the lawn outside the Sales and Information Centre for a fun-filled morning.

We’ve got some incredible local talent lined up for your enjoyment:

SUNDAY 5 FEBRUARY, 10-1pm

Jessica Cain

A song writer and performer since the age of 17, Jessica’s style is engaging and emotive. Covering artists from Cat Stevens to Katy Perry and a voice bigger than it should be, Jessica surprises audiences by dominating the stage with her individual style. Moving to Newcastle in 2008, Jessica is a definite crowd pleaser.

SUNDAY 5 MARCH, 10-1pm

Tim Harding

A five time ARIA award winner, with three Logies and a Helpmann award under his belt; Tim is an exceptional talent not to be missed! He’s stared as a singer and guitarist in The Michael Jackson Spectacular, “MJ Timeless” at the Globe Theatre in Blackpool UK. Tim’s also performed at the famous Blackpool Illuminations “Switch On” along with artists like Robbie Williams and The Wanted, plus he was the front man of Manchester rock group “Pangaea”. Tim now splits his talents between his solo career and fronting Funk/Soul band, Soul Traders.

Oran Vir

Inspired by the likes of Nick Murphy, Ziggy Alberts and Vance Joy, Newcastle local Oran Vir specialises in creating uplifting, fun and relaxed atmospheres. Oran is a dynamic artist, skilled in adapting his playing style to suit any occasion. With acoustic guitar in hand, percussion and a loop pedal under foot, Oran proves that a soloist doesn’t have to be a minimalist.
