Welcome to Waterford! Danny, our Project Director for AVID in New South Wales, shares an exciting update on our latest construction developments. Waterford recently completed stages 54 and 55, adding 47 new lots for our residents. Currently, we’re working on stages 56 and 91, which will offer 36 more lots, with 75% already sold. Civil works are progressing, including roadworks and footpath completion, and we expect all civil works to be finished by the end of the year. Registrations for these lots are likely to take place in early 2025. Additionally, we’ve released stage 92, featuring 39 lots, with 65% already sold. We’re gearing up for bulk earthworks and civil works to start soon, meaning more exciting progress in the coming months.
In addition to construction, Waterford is a community that thrives on connection. Deb, our Sales Manager is excited to share that our events in 2024 have been a hit, including the First Home Show, Easter Scramble, Halloween celebration, and the annual Christmas carols. These events are bringing our community closer, and we have even more planned for 2025, including a Long Table Dinner for new residents to meet, greet, and celebrate their new homes.
Waterford is also dedicated to supporting local initiatives, with the recent $10,000 Connect Grant awarded to Top Blokes for their mentorship program. We’re currently reviewing applications for the Activate $5K Grant and will announce the recipients in December.
